From 12th to 14th August 2024, School of Business and Management Studies Mats University organized its orientation program “Aarambh” 2024 at University Campus Raipur. SSP Raipur Shri Santosh Singh was present as the keynote speaker of the program. He blessed the students with his motivational words and inspired the students to strive for success. In the program, the keynote speaker instructed the students to stay away from addiction and told them how to achieve the goal of life and inspired the students by understanding the importance of education by giving examples from his life.
The second speaker of the program was Dr. Keshav Rao, who inspired the students to set the goal of life and move forward on the path of life.
Before the conclusion of the program, a yoga workshop was organized by Isha Foundation on Inner Engineering.
Many cultural activities were performed in the program, followed by many Gams and students enjoyed dance performances and music. Also, the students were told about the new education policy and its structure. All the new students were introduced to the teachers of the department.
In this program, the senior students coordinated well with the junior students. Head of the Department Dr. Umesh Gupta told the students about their career and various opportunities in Mats University. In the program, Chancellor Shri Gajraj Pagariya, Vice Chancellor Dr. K.P.Yadav, Director General Shri Priyesh Pagariya, Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Deepika Dand, Registrar Shri Gokulanand Panda blessed the students and graced them with their speeches.
Before concluding the program, Anti Ragging Day was Celebrated and students took pledge not to indulge in any kind of ragging activity inside or outside the campus.
