Weight Festival Rath
Today Women and Child Development Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade kicked off the Weight Festival 2024 at the Anganwadi Center in Birpur Surajpur district. The festival aims to promote healthy eating habits and nutrition awareness among children. Minister Rajwade emphasized the importance of mothers ensuring their children’s health by providing them with balanced and nutritious meals. She also participated in the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign by planting trees and checking on the activities of National Nutrition Month 2024- The Weight Festival program will run from September 12 to 23 focusing on identifying and addressing malnutrition in children under 6 years old.
