On the occasion of World Nature Conservation Day, a collective tree plantation program was organized at 400 KV sub-station Tajpur Ujjain of Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company (MP Transco), an initiative of the Government of Madhya Pradesh. In the program, it was decided to protect the environment, conserve bio-diversity and keep the nature green. Around 100 saplings were planted in the premises and a resolution was also taken by all the personnel for their regular maintenance and protection.
Additional Chief Engineer Anil Saxena said in the program that environmental protection is not a one-day mission but a continuous responsibility. Everyone resolved to plant more saplings and protect the saplings till they become trees.
