- Raipur Municipal Corporation programmer provides detailed information to the Mayor and MIC members on the operation of the e-Office and e-File systems.
A special training program was recently organized at the conference hall on the third floor of the Raipur Municipal Corporation headquarters to ensure the effective implementation of the e-Office system. All MIC members of the Raipur Municipal Corporation participated in the training and received instruction on the e-Office system.
The event was attended by Mayor Smt. Meenal Chaubey, Additional Commissioner Shri Vinod Pandey, Deputy Commissioner (IT) Shri Toran Sharma, Secretary Smt. Sangeeta Sahu, and other officials.
During the training, a programmer from the Raipur Municipal Corporation provided detailed information on operating the e-Office and e-File systems. The session offered a practical explanation of the entire process, ranging from logging into the portal to managing files and dak (official correspondence).
On this occasion, Mayor Smt. Meenal Chaubey stated that she would personally use the e-Office system in accordance with the State Government’s vision and urged all MIC members to use it regularly as well.
It is noteworthy that the Raipur Municipal Corporation has now made it mandatory to conduct all office tasks—such as handling dak, official notes, files, and correspondence—through the e-Office system.
This system will ensure transparency, efficiency, and accountability in office operations; promote a paperless workflow; and save time in the processing of files and correspondence. Ultimately, this will prove beneficial for the Corporation’s interests and enhance the quality of services provided to citizens. Mayor Smt. Minal Chaubey; MIC members Smt. Sarita Dubey, Smt.
