The theme of the workshop was “The Official Language Policy of the Union.” Mr. Jitendra Das Manikpuri, Deputy Manager (Liaison & Administration – Official Language) at Bhilai Steel Plant, served as the keynote speaker. He provided detailed information on the Union’s Official Language Policy, the constitutional provisions regarding the official language, and key aspects of the effective use of Hindi in official work.
Presenting the subject in a simple, accessible, and engaging manner, Mr. Manikpuri familiarized the participants with various facets of the Official Language Policy. His informative and entertaining lecture made the workshop particularly useful and impactful. The participants also engaged enthusiastically.
The program was moderated by Mrs. Reshma Bano. The Institute’s Registrar, Hindi Officer, and other officials and staff members were present on the occasion.
The workshop was highly informative, engaging, and enjoyable. Through this program, the attending officials and staff gained valuable insights into the Union’s Official Language Policy and learned how to maximize the effective use of Hindi in their daily official duties.
