Shri Arva Rajkamal, Resident Commissioner of the Government of Jharkhand, held a meeting with Shri Anil Kumar Chaturvedi, Chief Security Officer of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), at Jharkhand Bhawan, New Delhi. Shri Chaturvedi, who hails from Jharkhand, currently serves as the Chief Security Officer at the MHA. The meeting focused on issues regarding the issuance and renewal of entry and vehicle passes for authorized state government officials, employees, and government vehicles, as well as increasing the number of passes based on requirements.
Discussions were held on streamlining pass-related procedures in accordance with established security protocols. Additionally, the meeting addressed ensuring coordination and, where possible, resolving issues related to the facilities, welfare, and work-related needs of Jharkhand government officials and employees posted in Delhi.

Shri Arva Rajkamal, Resident Commissioner of Jharkhand, stated, “Effective coordination with relevant departments is essential to streamline the process of issuing and renewing entry and vehicle passes for state government officials, employees, and authorized vehicles. Our aim is to provide the necessary facilities for the smooth conduct of official state government business while ensuring full compliance with prescribed security protocols.”
The meeting also covered the need to maintain continuous communication with senior officials and staff working in various Central and State government offices at Jharkhand Bhawan, New Delhi, as well as with residents of Jharkhand living in the capital. Discussions focused on establishing necessary contact and coordination with relevant departments and officials to address their needs and resolve any issues.

Furthermore, the meeting addressed facilitating necessary inter-ministerial coordination between various Central government ministries/departments and the Jharkhand government to ensure the timely and effective execution of official tasks related to the state. The Government of Jharkhand is committed to fostering effective administrative coordination between the Centre and the State, and to facilitating tasks related to state government officers and employees posted in Delhi.
