Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the construction of infrastructure for better road network, construction of Shipra ghats, adequate availability of water for holy bath, accommodation of devotees and easy arrangement of movement should be completed within the stipulated time frame for the grand and divine organization of Simhastha: 2028. The process of staffing and training them for better management should begin with immediate effect. Use of updated technology for crowd management, security and micro planning for disaster management and medical facilities. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav gave these directions in the sixth meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Sinhastha: 2028 held at Mantralaya on Tuesday. Chief Minister Dr. The cabinet committee chaired by Yadav approved 17 new development projects at a cost of Rs 491.66 crore. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav reviewed 148 development and construction works costing more than 16 thousand 910 crore issued in 07 districts of Ujjain and nearby and gave necessary directions to the officials of the concerned departments.

- Development works of Ujjain got approval
- Construction of bridge and approach road from Shani Mandir to Prashanthi Dham Chauraha Marg in Ujjain at a cost of 30 crores.
- New parallel bridge over Kanh river on Tapobhumi to Pipaliaragho Panchkroshi route at a cost of Rs 12 crore.
- 5.5 km from Tapobhumi to Gangedi via Raghopipalya at a cost of Rs 30 crore as a two lane new road.
- Panchkroshi Marg is two and a half kilometers long from Dewas Road to Garoth Marg via Lalpur. This four-lane road will be constructed at a cost of Rs 18 crore.
- Rest House at Dewas Road in Ujjain at a cost of Rs 2.36 crore.
- Expansion and Renovation of PWD Circuit House at Dewas Road, Ujjain.
- 2.50 km long road from Lekoda to Tankaria Railway Station Road at Rs.13.28 crore.
- 180 meters long new road from Mahakal Police Station to Choubis Khamba Marg at a cost of Rs 4 crore.
- Road widening work from Kushabhau Thackeray Marg to Chhoti Rapat costing Rs 36.75 crore.
- Construction work of Omkareshwar approved
Chief Minister Dr. In the meeting presided over by Mr. Yadav, the construction work of Onkareshwar temple premises costing Rs.160 crore, construction of CC road costing Rs.12.63 crore in Nagar Parishad Omkareshwar, construction of railway ROB costing Rs.9.23 crore on Omkareshwar road, construction of multi-level parking, food court, toilet and admin block costing Rs.24.99 crore in Omkareshwar, construction of Rs.1.46 crore in Omkareshwar Construction of barracks and training halls etc. at a cost of Rs.4.74 crores, hospital and staff quarters at a cost of Rs.38 crores, 3 floor Kuber Bhandari parking lot at a cost of Rs.12.68 crores and hospital building upgradation works at a cost of Rs.12.68 crores were also approved.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav reviewed the various activities released for Simhastha: 2028 department wise. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed to build a hospital with all facilities and build a helipad in Omkareshwar. He said that this construction would be especially helpful in disaster situations. It will also help in the operation of Air Ambulance.
- Set up a separate authority for the development of Omkareshwar-Badwah area
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed to constitute a separate authority for the construction works around Badwah, Omkareshwar, Khedi Ghat area. He said that this will ensure better coordination of the works in Khandwa Khargone districts and help in timely completion of development activities. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also directed to develop an alternative route to Omkareshwar.
- Ashrams and Gurukuls should also be included in the management of Kshipra Ghats
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed that the construction of ghats being developed along the Shipra River in Ujjain should be completed in a phased manner. Construction of access roads and parking system to the ghats should also be done simultaneously. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that ashrams and gurukuls near the ghats being built on the Shipra river should be connected with the management of the ghats. This will help Ashrams and Gurukuls. Along with this, the ghats can be used for a long time even after Simhastha.
- Study now for better coordination between Police-Administration-Municipal Corporation
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the overall system and security management for Simhastha: 2028 will be coordinated from the control room. Its complete control will be ensured by the police. Police, District Administration, Municipal Corporation and all other agencies should ensure better coordination. He directed that the process of training and study for this should be started from now.
- There should be no discrimination in removing encroachments
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that there should be no discrimination in the action of removing encroachment for widening of the road, equal action should be ensured for all. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also directed to provide immediate compensation in such cases.
- Target to plant 15 lakh trees in Ujjain area
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that intensive plantation should be ensured on Panchkroshi Marg. It was told in the meeting that the target is to plant 15 lakh trees in Ujjain area.
- Why should the private sector cooperate in providing public facilities?
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed that useful development work should also be done in areas near Ujjain such as Dewas, Indore, Khandwa, Agar-Malwa, Shajapur, Mandsaur and Khargone etc. for ease and convenience in movement of devotees. Private partnership should be encouraged to provide drinking water, shaded areas, public convenience centers, parking areas, residential facilities. He also said that the temples and centers of faith at Pashupatinath in Mandsaur, Nalkheda in Agar-Malwa, Dewas, Maheshwar-Mandaleshwar etc. should be properly developed and adequate arrangements should be made for the movement of devotees and convenient accommodation.
- Promptly resolve building permits related to construction of hotels in Indore-Ujjain area
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed that building permission applications related to construction of hotels in Indore, Ujjain area should be resolved as soon as possible. All these resources will be convenient for devotees in Simhastha: 2028. Instructions were also given to collect the information of accommodation capacity and available facilities of all hotels, lodges, Dharamshalas, home-stays etc. in Ujjain, Indore, Dewas area.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed that provision of drinking water and food along with extra chappal-shoes should be ensured at all temples and religious centers. A third party consultant affiliated with Government of India should be appointed for better monitoring of Ujjain Smart City works. Ujjain should be developed as a sculpture centre. These images should be prepared in the Mahakal Lok area and better quality stone available in Katni, Chhatarpur and Balaghat should be used in the construction and local sculptors should be encouraged. In place of fiber images located in Mahakal Lok, 99 images made of stone and metal are being prepared.
- Provide training in disaster management to youth
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also directed to train the youth in ward level and road side villages in Ujjain on disaster management and relief of injured in accidents and to spread the information of Rahveer Yojana more and more.
