Governor Shri Ramen Deka today inaugurated the Robotics Laboratory at Pranavananda Academy, run by the Bharat Sevashram Sangha. The Governor provided funds from his discretionary grant for the establishment of this laboratory.
In his address on this occasion, the Governor stated that technologies such as artificial intelligence and robotics make our lives easier.

However, modern technology is meaningful only when used for the welfare of human life and the development of society.
He stated that the true identity of any educational institution is not determined solely by excellent exam results, but by students who demonstrate human values, sensitivity, and social responsibility along with knowledge. It is heartening to note that Pranavananda Academy places equal importance on values, discipline, and character building along with education.

The Governor stated that today, artificial intelligence, robotics, and other modern technologies are shaping the world. In such a time, students should imbibe ethical values along with technical knowledge. Any new invention or innovation should be in the interest of humanity. Humans should have self-control and not be controlled by technology.

The Governor, while imparting a message of life values to the students, said that contentment is of paramount importance in life. We should learn to be happy with what we have and continue to move forward towards our goals with hard work, positive thinking, and self-confidence. Life faces ups and downs and challenges, but rising again after a fall and moving forward is the path to success.
He said that instead of thinking about what society has given us, we should consider what we can give to society. Service, cooperation, sensitivity, and a sense of belonging towards neighbors bring joy to our lives.

Academy President Swami Shri Shivrupanand delivered the welcome address, and Principal Mrs. Neeti Yadavvanshi expressed her gratitude. Institute officials, faculty, and a large number of students were present on the occasion.
