During his two-year tenure as Chief Minister, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has established a unique identity in the hearts of the citizens of Chhattisgarh by creating a new dimension of development in the state. Vishnudev Sai is a popular Chief Minister among the public whose goodwill and far-reaching plans have paved the way for development and progress in the state. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai comes from a tribal background. In this respect, he is the first Chief Minister of the state to come from a tribal background. Recently, a conference of Directors General of Police and Inspectors General of Police was held in the state, which was attended by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah.

Within a year, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai’s government has filled Chhattisgarh’s farmers with enthusiasm by transferring ₹52,000 crore to their accounts. Payments were made to farmers within a week of the completion of paddy procurement. With ₹52,000 crore deposited into farmers’ accounts, they are investing heavily in agriculture, and this has also buoyed markets, directly impacting the urban economy. Sales of tractors and other equipment have reached record levels. Fair prices for paddy have led to an increase in the number of farmers, and last year, 257,200 farmers sold a record 149,250,000 metric tons of paddy. On the second day of the government’s formation, a cabinet meeting was held to approve the provision of 1812,743 Prime Minister’s Housing Housing, in accordance with Modi’s guarantee.
In his brief two-year tenure, Vishnudev Sai has taken Chhattisgarh to new heights across the country. In a very short time, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has reached out to the people of the state and won their trust. Not only has he won their trust, but he has also implemented schemes with their interests in mind, which have made Chhattisgarh’s overall development possible. Only a sensitive, hardworking, and energetic Chief Minister like Vishnudev Sai can make this possible. Through the Niyyad Nellanar Scheme, basic amenities like roads, education, health, and communication are reaching remote areas in Naxal-affected villages. A total of 69 security centers have been established in the state so far.

Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, upon taking oath as Chief Minister, has gifted all the women of the state a beneficial scheme like Mahatari Vandan Yojana. Under the Mahatari Vandan Yojana, women of the state are given an amount of one thousand rupees every month so that they can become self-reliant and can also start their own employment. Besides, by fulfilling promises like two years’ pending bonus to the farmers across the state and purchasing paddy at the rate of Rs. 3100 per quintal, the prestige of the farmers of Chhattisgarh has been enhanced. Under the new industrial policy of the state, investment proposals worth Rs. 7.69 lakh have been received in the state so far.
During the Kharif season, paddy was procured at a fair price of Rs 3,100 per quintal. The government purchased 21 quintals of paddy per acre from farmers. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Sai, an amount of Rs 52,000 crore was transferred to farmers’ accounts. A historic mandate was achieved in the municipal elections. The state’s triple-engine government will now ensure all-round development of cities.
The Chief Minister said that due to the indomitable courage of our soldiers and the continuous efforts of the government, Naxalism is now breathing its last. Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah has pledged to eliminate Naxalism by March 2026. That pledge is clearly being fulfilled, especially in the Bastar region, which has remained untouched by mainstream development for years. The Ganges of development will now flow there.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that in the past two years, 529 Naxalites have been killed in the state, 1975 Naxalites have been arrested, and 2628 Naxalites have surrendered. Hardcore Naxalite leaders Basavaraju, Lakshmi Narasimha Chalam alias Sudhakar, and Madvi Hidma, who were synonymous with terror in the Bastar region of the state, have been neutralized and crores of rupees were declared as bounties on their heads.
Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has taken on the responsibility of engaging with all sections of the state’s population. He has launched schemes such as the PM Housing Scheme, the Krishak Unnati Scheme, the Niyada Nella Nar, and the Akhara Nirman Scheme, addressing the basic needs and amenities of every segment of the population, and has cultivated a distinct image among the public.
Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai knows how to build bridges between the public and every community, allowing everyone to connect with one another and fulfill their respective responsibilities for the benefit of the state. By dedicating precious time of his life to the people of the state, he has proven that his life is not solely his own, but is dedicated to the selfless service of the people of the state. He is truly a people’s leader for whom the people are everything. There are very few such selfless and popular public servants for whom the development and support of the people is of paramount importance. It is a matter of pride for all the people of the state that Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai is a popular leader among their own people, for whom the well-being of the people of the state is paramount.
