Chhattisgarh Vision@2047

The government aspires to make Chhattisgarh a developed state, as envisioned by Mr. Arun Saw.

Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Saw said that Chhattisgarh is a state of possibilities. No other state in the country has so many resources and capabilities. If we work by making a systematic plan, then Chhattisgarh can become the leading state of the country.

Deputy Chief Minister Shri Saw said these things today in the division level program organized by the State NITI Aayog to prepare ‘Chhattisgarh Vision @ 2047 at Late Lakhiram Agarwal Auditorium in Bilaspur. The program was chaired by Divisional Commissioner Dr. Sanjay Alang. In the workshop, youth, farmers, women and intellectuals of Bilaspur division shared their views about ‘Chhattisgarh Vision @ 2047’.

Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Saw said in the dialogue program that for the first time in the history of the country, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is taking opinion from the common people in making plans. We will make plans by including every person of the society. For the first time in the country, Bilaspur and Chhattisgarh will make your aspirations and desires. He said that Chhattisgarh has immense possibilities. When we make plans keeping everyone in mind, then a coordinated and inclusive development will be possible.

Our government has started working towards making Bilaspur a world-class city. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, suggestions are being taken from every person in the state to prepare the ‘Amritkaal: Chhattisgarh Vision @ 2047’ document. Bilha MLA Shri Dharamlal Kaushik said in the program that suggestions are being taken from everyone for how our India should be, how Chhattisgarh should be. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the country’s economy has improved continuously. Before 2014, we were at the 11th position in the world.

Today we are at the fifth position. The vision document prepared with everyone’s suggestions will be glorious. Beltara MLA Shri Sushant Shukla said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, India has made unprecedented progress in the last ten years.

Chhattisgarh has abundant natural resources, forest wealth and human resources. ‘Chhattisgarh Vision @ 2047’ document is being prepared under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai. The suggestions received in the program will be compiled by the NITI Aayog.

There are immense possibilities in tourism, agriculture and service sectors in the state. Commissioner Dr. Sanjay Alang said in the Samvad program that an effective vision document will be prepared by incorporating various suggestions received in this division level workshop. Youths, farmers, women, elderly and intellectuals from all the districts of Bilaspur division participated in the discussion and gave their suggestions for developed Chhattisgarh.

Bajpai, Collector Mr. Avnish Sharan, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Mr. Amit Kumar and State Niti Aayog Member-Secretary Mr. Anoop Srivastava were also present in the program.

Representatives of various sections including Drone Didi Mrs. Pratima Vastrakar, Seema Verma, Mrs. Shanti Mahant of self-help group, social worker Mrs. Sudipa Jaiswal and Mrs. Ankita Pandey shared their views in the dialogue program.
