Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that Madhya Pradesh is emerging as an important hub for sports for the disabled. Many players from the state have made the state proud by establishing their identity at the national and international levels. This effort to play cricket continuously for 100 hours on the birth centenary of social reformer and thinker, the late Kushabhau Thakre, is not merely a record-breaking endeavor, but rather a message that when the resolve is for the upliftment of society, boundaries automatically disappear. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has replaced the word “Viklang” with “Divyang” (Divyang). This move is in keeping with the spirit of Indian culture. This initiative has eliminated the feeling of inferiority that the word “Viklang” creates among the general public and has encouraged the indomitable will to persevere in challenging circumstances. In keeping with Prime Minister Shri Modi’s positive vision, the National Cricket Sports Festival for Persons with Disabilities 2026 (Not Out@100) has been organized to realize the efforts to advance the country in all areas.
