Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai has given a new impetus to the development of Jashpur district by approving a total of ₹30.59 crore for the construction of nine important roads. These projects will facilitate transportation in rural areas, boost trade and business, and facilitate access to education and health facilities. Within two years, this multi-crore gift is leading to a comprehensive transformation of the district’s road system.
The people of the area have expressed their gratitude towards the Chief Minister and called it a historic initiative. 2 km from Dhundgajor (Sarasmar) to Chidrapara Pathalgaon in the district, 1 crore 96 lakh, 3 km from village Dhongadarha to Ambakchar road, 4 crore 84 lakh, 4.85 km from Gram Panchayat Mudapara (Haddy Godown Main Road) to Pangsuwa road via Ghinchapani, 4.60 km 4 crore 26 lakh, 4 crore 59 lakh from village Kotba via Saraikona to Pikpara road, 4.60 km 4 crore 59 lakh, 2.90 km from Bataikala Premnagar of Kansabel to Marchaidhodhi road, 2 crore 79 lakh, 2 km from Kansabel Khuntitoli Basti to Chetba High School road, 2 km 2 crore 4 lakh, 2 km from Kansabel Koranga to Navatoli to Bhagalpur road, 2 crore 2 crore 14 lakh, 3.80 km from Patel Para of Kudkel Khajri to Bagai Jharia road, 3 crore 28 lakh, Kokiya Khar to Amkani Main An amount of Rs 4 crore 69 lakh has been approved for 4 km of road.

The construction of these roads will improve transportation facilities in rural areas, making it easier for farmers to transport their produce to market, and providing relief to students in commuting to schools and colleges. Residents of the area said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, Jashpur district is continuously receiving development projects, paving the way for prosperity in every village. This approval is being considered an important step towards the overall development of Jashpur district.
