Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that the state government is committed to farmer welfare. In the 2026 Farmer Welfare Year, numerous decisions are being taken in the interest of farmers, realizing the vision of a “prosperous farmer, a prosperous state.” Combine harvesters used for agricultural purposes will now be exempt from toll collection at Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation toll plazas.

Public Works Minister Mr. Rakesh Singh and Chief Secretary Mr. Anurag Jain were present at the meeting, held at Samatva Bhavan (Chief Minister’s residence).
