Governor Shri Ramen Deka today paid floral tribute to the great fighter, thinker and revolutionary Vinayak Damodar Savarkar “Veer Savarkar” on his death anniversary. Recalling his contribution to nation-building, he said that Veer Savarkar was one of those brave sons of Mother India whose intellectual capacity, revolutionary zeal and unwavering commitment to India’s future were incomparable. Veer Savarkar ji was more than just a revolutionary; he was a profound thinker whose intellectual contribution the country cannot forget.
On this occasion, the Governor’s Legal Advisor Shri Bhishma Prasad Pandey, Deputy Secretary Ms. Nidhi Sahu and officers and employees also paid tribute by laying floral tributes on Savarkar ji’s photograph.
