- Renewable Energy Minister Shri Shukla Meets Representatives of Green Energy-3000
During the World Economic Forum-2026 at Davos, Minister for New and Renewable Energy Shri Rakesh Shukla shared details of Madhya Pradesh’s renewable energy roadmap, recent project development initiatives and the state government’s policy measures to promote clean energy. He stated that the state’s tendering and procurement processes facilitate the participation of international developers and that Madhya Pradesh offers a wide range of opportunities for global companies such as Green Energy 3000.
At the Madhya Pradesh State Lounge in Davos, Minister Shri Shukla held detailed discussions with representatives of Germany-based Green Energy-3000 Project Management LLC on investment and collaboration opportunities in the renewable energy sector. Managing Directors Shri Felix Renker and Shri Andreas Renker were present during the meeting. Company officials sought detailed information on renewable energy projects in Madhya Pradesh and engaged in discussions on potential cooperation.
Shri Felix Renker and Shri Andreas Renker presented Green Energy-3000 as an integrated renewable energy developer and outlined the company’s capabilities in EPC services, project financing and equity investment. They also highlighted the company’s global project experience across Europe, the Middle East and India through partner-led operations.
- Deliberations on Water–Energy Projects with Peace Invest
Renewable Energy Minister Shri Shukla also held a meeting with Shri Yusuf Merchant, Chief Investment Officer of Geneva-based Peace Invest, to discuss sustainable development-oriented investment opportunities in the water and energy sectors. Peace Invest works to promote human-centric development through impact-driven investments in the Global South.
Minister Shri Shukla shared Madhya Pradesh’s achievements in the renewable energy sector and highlighted investment opportunities in sustainable water- and energy-based projects. Discussions also covered the potential for advancing clean energy and water management initiatives through co-investment models.
Principal Secretary, Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion, Shri Raghavendra Singh, and Commissioner, Public Relations, Shri Deepak Saxena, were also present at the meeting. Officials briefed the delegation on the state’s policy framework, investor-friendly environment and upcoming projects. Both sides agreed to continue dialogue on collaboration in sustainable and impact-oriented water and energy projects.

Additional Chief Secretary, New and Renewable Energy, Shri Manu Shrivastava shared details of recently concluded renewable energy tenders in Madhya Pradesh with Green Energy-3000, facilitating a clearer understanding of project structures and bidding processes for potential participation in upcoming tenders. The meeting reflected the state government’s continued efforts to accelerate investment in clean energy projects and strengthen global collaboration in the green energy sector.
