- Road-bridge-water infrastructure will change the picture
Taking another important step towards expansion of basic amenities in rural areas by Chhattisgarh Government, Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade inaugurated three important development works costing more than Rs. 13.22 crore in Odgi and Bhaiyathan development blocks of Bhatgaon Assembly constituency by performing formal puja.
Minister Smt. Rajwade inaugurated the construction work of the bridge to be built at a cost of Rs 419.37 lakh on Kagaj Nala in village Hariharpur (Chhatrang Road) of development block Odgi.

Mrs. Rajwade inaugurated the reservoir renovation work in Sanwarwa village of Bhaiyathan development block at a cost of ₹136.23 lakh. She also performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a 5-kilometer-long road from the Pratappur-Bhaiyathan main road to Parsapara, costing ₹766.37 lakh.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade stated that the state government is continuously expanding infrastructure, giving top priority to rural development. She added that the completion of these projects will bring direct positive change to the lives of the people of the area and will propel the Bhatgaon region forward in a new direction of development. These projects will strengthen the area’s roads, bridges, and water infrastructure, which will not only facilitate transportation but also strengthen agriculture and the local economy.

Forest Development Corporation Chairman Shri Ramsevak Paikra, other public representatives, administrative officers and a large number of local citizens were present in the program.
