25th Annual General Meeting of Apex Bank concluded
Two new branches of Apex Bank will open soon in Tamnar and Bagicha. This information was given by the authorized officer of Apex Bank, Mr. Kuldeep Sharma, in the 25th Annual General Meeting of Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Bank (Apex Bank) today. He informed that permission has been received from the Reserve Bank to start these branches.
In the Annual General Meeting of Apex Bank, the authorized officer of Apex Bank, Shri Kuldeep Sharma presented the financial report of the bank. He informed that the share capital of Apex Bank is Rs. 218.13 crore, funds (reserve) is Rs. 640.48 crore, loan and deposit amount is Rs. 8440.88 crore, own funds are Rs. 429.27 crore. Apex Bank has earned a profit of Rs. 36.32 crore. He informed that Apex Bank had only 3 branches in the year 2000 which have now increased to 15. He said that permission has been received from Reserve Bank to open new branches of Apex Bank in Tamnar and Bagicha.
District Cooperative Central Bank Rajnandgaon representative Mr. Shashikant Dwivedi, Laxmi Mahila Nagrik Sahakari Bank President Mrs. Satyabala Agarwal, Additional Registrar Mr. Hitesh Doshi, Apex Bank Managing Director Mr. K N Kande, General Manager Mr. Yugal Verma, DGM Mr. Bhupesh Chandravanshi along with Chief Executive Officers of District Cooperative Central Bank from various districts, representatives of citizen cooperative banks, representatives of employee cooperative credit societies and shareholder representatives of the bank were present in the general meeting.
