Today, in the general assembly hall of Municipal Corporation Headquarters Mahatma Gandhi Sadan, Municipal Corporation Raipur Officer Employee Unity Association honored Chief Engineer Mr. Rajesh Sharma, Deputy Commissioner Mr. Hemshankar Deshlahra, Deputy Engineer Mr. Lalit Verma, Sanitation Inspector Mr. Yashwant Beriha, Revenue Sub Inspector Mr. Dayanand Sen, Driver Mr. Suresh Yadav, Driver Mr. Prakash Sharma, Helper Mr. Anand Sagar, Cleaning Worker Mr. Chhotu / Ishwar, Mate Mr. Tareshwar Behera who retired after serving in Municipal Corporation Raipur from October 2024 to December 2024, Municipal Corporation Additional Commissioner General Administration Department Mrs. Krishna Khatik presented the memento of the association to the Executive President of the Association Mr. Pramod Jaghav, Vice President Mr. Mohit Darro, Mr. Shyam Soni, Officer Mr. Bamshankar Gupta, Anand Tamrakar along with other officials, former president Mr. Ashok Mishra, senior clerk of the corporation’s general administration department Ms. Usha Sindoor were felicitated and good wishes were made for a bright, happy, healthy and long life of the retired officers and employees. Retired Chief Engineer Mr. Rajesh Sharma and Deputy Commissioner Mr. Hemshankar Deshlhara shared memories about their service period. Additional Commissioner Mrs. Krishna Khatik appreciated the services given by all the retired officers and employees to the Municipal Corporation. Executive President of the Union Mr. Pramod Jaghav felicitated all the retired officers and employees and appreciated their work and congratulated them. Executive President Mr. Pramod Jaghav humbly requested from the stage to the Additional Commissioner General Administration Department to provide the benefits of the old pension scheme to all the officers and employees of Raipur Municipal Corporation who have been left out till now and to get the arrears of the sixth and seventh pay scales approved soon for the welfare of the officers and employees. The program was conducted and the vote of thanks was given by the official of the Employees Union Mr. Jitendra Niyal.
