Recruitment drive for Lucintel India was successfully conducted at the MATS University campus

A campus recruitment drive for Lucintel India was successfully conducted at the MATS University campus, drawing enthusiastic participation from students across various universities in Chhattisgarh. The event reflected a strong interest among students in pursuing careers in the field of market research.
The recruitment drive was organized for the position of Market Research Associate. The program commenced with an insightful presentation by Ms. Mona Mujumbar (Consultant), who familiarized students with Lucintel’s global presence, organizational values, and growth opportunities.
Subsequently, Senior Project Managers Mr. Manasa Gantayat and Mr. Irshad Ali provided a comprehensive overview of the role, current projects, and expectations from prospective candidates. Their session offered valuable industry insights and helped participants understand the practical dimensions of market research.


The initiative was led by Mr. Rupendra Verma, HR Business Partner at Lucintel India, in close coordination with the Training and Placement Cell of MATS University. The collaborative effort ensured the seamless execution of the recruitment process.
Students actively engaged with the Lucintel team throughout the event, demonstrating keen interest and enthusiasm. The selection process was conducted in multiple stages, including a written test, followed by a Group Discussion (GD), and concluding with Personal Interviews (PI).
The university leadership, including Chancellor Shri Gajraj Pagariya, Director General Shri Priyesh Pagariya, Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) K.P. Yadav, and Registrar Mr. Gokulananda Panda, appreciated the students’ participation and extended their best wishes for their future endeavors.
