Nav Sankalp Shikshan Sansthan, Jashpur, operated under the initiative of the Chhattisgarh government and the guidance of the district administration, has achieved another significant milestone in developing youth employment-oriented programs. Twelve students from this institute have been selected for various paramilitary forces through the 2025 Constable General Duty (SSC GD) examination conducted by the Staff Selection Commission.
It is worth noting that the SSC GD written examination was held in February-March 2025, in which 36 students from Nav Sankalp Shikshan Sansthan were successful. Subsequently, the physical efficiency test and medical examination were conducted in November-December 2025. After passing all stages, a total of 12 students from the institute were successful in the recently announced final results.
Among the selected students, 5 have been selected in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), 3 in Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), 2 in Border Security Force (BSF), 1 in Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and 1 in Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB). Baleshwar Nag, Novel Toppo, Sonkeshwar Pradhan, Nehru Lal and Arun Kumar Paikra have been selected in CISF, Brindeshwar and Srishti Tirkey in BSF, Rohit Kerketta, Arvind Kerketta and Surendra Ram in CRPF, Dev Prasad Nag in SSB and Chandan Kalo in ITBP.
It is noteworthy that in past years, students from Nav Sankalp Shikshan Sansthan have been selected for various security forces. In 2025 alone, 125 students from the institute were selected for the Home Guards, District Police Force, and Central Police Forces. Previously, youth from remote districts like Jashpur had to travel to larger cities to prepare for competitive exams. However, Nav Sankalp Shikshan Sansthan has now emerged as a powerful, reliable, and inspiring medium for the district’s youth to enter government services.
