The Chief Minister discusses the road map for the development of the state
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that industry conclaves have been successfully organized across every division of Madhya Pradesh, attracting significant investments to the state. At the Regional Industry Conclave held in Narmadapuram alone, proposals worth ₹31,800 crore were received, including a ₹500 crore investment commitment from an enthusiastic investor from England. He emphasized that the establishment of agriculture-based industries remains a primary goal, alongside harnessing the potential of the state’s youth to drive growth. Efforts are being made to create employment opportunities across all sectors in Madhya Pradesh. Dr. Yadav highlighted the success of the Medical Device Park in Ujjain, which was awarded a gold medal by the Government of India, as a testament to the state’s progress. The divisional-level conclaves are proving instrumental in driving development across the state. He reiterated that transforming the lives of youth, women, and farmers by increasing employment opportunities through investment growth is a top priority, and the state is achieving commendable success in this mission.

The event of Simhastha will be memorable
The Simhastha-2028 event is set to be a world-class celebration, reflecting its significance as a global event. For the first time in nearly 60 years, devotees will have the privilege of bathing entirely in the pristine waters of the Kshipra River. A comprehensive plan is being implemented to ensure the Kshipra is free from pollution and flows with clean water during Simhastha. The event promises to be a truly memorable occasion.Madhya Pradesh holds the distinction of being the origin of sacred rivers like the Narmada (Rewa) and Son, making it the motherland of many holy rivers. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav announced that approval has been granted for the construction of permanent ashrams and dharamshalas for saints and sages in Ujjain, further enhancing its spiritual significance. Ujjain, a city of progress, is undergoing extensive preparations for Simhastha-2028. Clean water flow in the Kshipra River is being ensured, and development works on ghats and infrastructure are being accelerated. Following the inauguration of Mahakal Lok in 2022, Ujjain has seen a surge in visitors, comparable to the influx of devotees during Simhastha. The preparations aim to make Simhastha-2028 a historic and unforgettable event.
The Visionary Roadmap for Madhya Pradesh’s Development
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav expressed his confidence that Madhya Pradesh will soon achieve milestones that will position it as the leading state in the country. He highlighted how, under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the nation is setting new benchmarks of progress, fulfilling Swami Vivekananda’s prophecy that the 21st century would belong to India. Addressing questions about the major achievements of the past year, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav emphasized Madhya Pradesh’s abundant resources, including forests, water, minerals, human capital, and intellectual wealth. He underscored the need for transformative changes in the lives of farmers, following the expansion of irrigation facilities and remarkable growth in agricultural production. To achieve this, a series of agriculture-based industries will be established, aiming to revolutionize the agricultural landscape.Dr. Yadav also highlighted ongoing efforts to strengthen infrastructure in the state. The dream of developing Metro Cities has been realized, and plans are underway to establish Geeta Bhawans in major cities and district headquarters, further enriching the state’s cultural and spiritual heritage..
Our goals are clear, our Madhya Pradesh will be a leading state
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that as soon as the government was formed, it was decided that no public welfare scheme would be stopped. The state budget will be doubled in the coming four years. The youth will be made job givers, not job seekers. Farmers and women will be supported in overcoming poverty by providing them access to the benefits of various schemes. In accordance with the glorious past of the state, heritage and development works will be undertaken simultaneously. Madhya Pradesh will be a leading state. Full efforts will be made for this

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Prime Minister Shri Modi has pledged to change the lives of youth, women, farmers and poor. 54 departments are working for the upliftment of these 4 categories in Madhya Pradesh. The development of these categories depends on all departments. Employment oriented activities are being increased on the basis of the human resources of the state.
Scenario changed due to expansion of irrigation facilities
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that while the expected benefits could not be derived from Narmada Valley from the year 1977 to the year 2003-04, Prime Minister Shri Modi, as the Chief Minister of Gujarat, took the initiative to bring prosperity through Sardar Sarovar Dam. Former Chief Ministers of the state, Sushri Uma Bharti, Shri Babulal Gaur and Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan made tireless efforts for the development of the state. Today, the scenario has changed due to expansion of irrigation facilities. Nimar and Malwa have become green and high production areas. Ken-Betwa and Parvati-Kalisindh-Chambal river linking projects will bring about wide-ranging pleasant changes in many districts of Bundelkhand, Mahakaushal, Chambal and Malwa regions of Madhya Pradesh. These projects will benefit from irrigation and drinking water. A new picture of prosperity will emerge.
Rapid progress in the field of medicine and education
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that there were only 5 medical colleges in Madhya Pradesh till 20 years ago. These have been expanded. New medical colleges are being opened through the PPP model, their number will increase to 50. Better treatment facilities are being provided to the citizens of the state. Madhya Pradesh has also innovated in the field of education. There are excellence colleges in 55 districts of the state. New courses have been started. In the programme, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also answered the questions of the representatives who came to this programme from Gwalior and Jabalpur as well as Raipur of Chhattisgarh.
