Raipur Rural MLA Motilal Sahu gifted a wonderful facility to the citizens by performing the Bhoomi Pujan (ground-breaking ceremony) for the construction of a new open-air stage near the Gram Panchayat building in the Daldalsivni area (Ward 7, Municipal Corporation Zone 9), accompanied by MIC member Khem Kumar Sen, Councilors Mohan Sahu and Devdutt Dwivedi, and local residents.

Today, Raipur Rural MLA Shri Motilal Sahu performed the ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of a new open-air stage near the Gram Panchayat building in the Daldalsivni area (falling under Kushabhau Thakre Ward No. 7, Raipur Municipal Corporation Zone 9). The project, sanctioned at a cost of ₹9.98 lakh from the MLA’s constituency fund, was inaugurated through the ceremonial breaking of a coconut and the use of a spade. The event was attended by Municipal Corporation MIC member Shri Khem Kumar Sen, Ward Councilors Shri Mohan Sahu and Shri Devdutt Dwivedi, Executive Engineer Shri Sharad Dhruv, as well as prominent local residents, social activists, women, youth, and the general public.

MLA Shri Motilal Sahu instructed Executive Engineer Shri Sharad Dhruv to immediately commence the construction work and ensure its completion on a priority basis—maintaining high quality and adhering to the stipulated timeframe—while conducting continuous monitoring. Ward 7 Councilor and MIC member Shri Khem Kumar Sen expressed heartfelt gratitude to Raipur Rural MLA Shri Motilal Sahu on behalf of all the residents of Ward 7 for initiating the construction of the new open-air stage in the Daldalsivni area.
