Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the process of promotion of government officers and employees of Madhya Pradesh will not stop now, this process of promotion will continue year after year. This year DPC is going to start for promotion in all departments. All eligible employees will get the benefit of promotion. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, India is moving forward at a fast pace. Transparent decisions and determination are the pillars of good governance. The state government is always ready to take all welfare decisions in the interest of the employees. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav congratulated the employees and sisters on the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the felicitation ceremony organized in the ministry. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the happiness of the employees after promotion is visible on their faces. The employees have a special contribution in the development of the region and the growth of public welfare. The State Government is committed to provide all types of wages, allowances and promotions to motivate the employees. This is the right of the employees, it spreads energy in the minds of the employees, brings happiness to their families. The State Government is committed to provide all the benefits to the employees on time, as a delayed decision is tantamount to injustice. The state government has taken the decision by adding its emotions with the welfare of the employees and their promotion.
MLA Shri Bhagwandas Sabnani said that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav is worried about the salary allowances of the employees as well as their accommodation. He has taken public welfare decisions for all sections including farmers’ welfare, poor, women and youth. Program Organizer and Convenor Mr. Subhash Verma thanked the Chief Minister on behalf of the Mantralaya family. He said that on December 13, 2023, the fate of state employees was open. Ruke allowances have been paid since the year 2013. After this, in 2026, more than 1 lakh 25 thousand officers-employees were promoted across the region. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav took many employee friendly decisions during his tenure. A strong technique was needed for public welfare, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav is determined. Madhya Pradesh State Employees Union President Shri Ramesh Sharma along with representatives of Government Employees Unions and a large number of employees were present in the program.
