- A new era of good governance and all-encompassing development
- Lives transformed through the benefits of government schemes
- Minister Tank Ram Verma assesses the ground-level impact of schemes in Mohla-Manpur
Under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, the state government’s public welfare policies are reaching remote rural areas, bringing about unprecedented positive changes in the lives of the common people. As part of this commitment to good governance and transparent administration, Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Shri Tank Ram Verma visited remote rural areas of the Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki district this morning. During the visit, he interacted directly with villagers to observe the effective implementation of government schemes at the grassroots level and spoke with beneficiaries to understand the changes in their lives.
During his tour, Minister Shri Verma inspected construction works sanctioned under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin) in Gram Panchayat Mading-Piding-Bhursa (Janpad Panchayat Mohla). He inspected the under-construction house of beneficiary Indra Kumar (son of Madan Lal); a sum of ₹1.20 lakh is being provided for this permanent house sanctioned under the 2025-26 plan, and the family is also being provided with 90 days of employment under MGNREGA.
- Government schemes become the hub of multi-dimensional development

Expressing happiness, Smt. Hemeshwari, a member of the beneficiary family, conveyed deep gratitude for the state government’s development-oriented policies. She stated that the government’s integrated welfare approach has completely transformed her family’s circumstances.
Smt. Hemeshwari said that the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has not only provided them with a safe, permanent home but—combined with the Ujjwala Yojana—has also freed them from the burden of smoke through the provision of an LPG connection. Thanks to the Jal Jeevan Mission (Nal-Jal Yojana), clean drinking water is now easily available right inside our homes. Furthermore, the monthly financial assistance provided under the state government’s ambitious ‘Mahtari Vandan Yojana’ has become a cornerstone for women’s self-reliance and independence. We are able to conveniently use these funds to meet essential daily household needs and care for our children.
Upon hearing the positive experiences shared by the beneficiaries, Revenue Minister Shri Tank Ram Verma stated that the state government is working on the guiding principle of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas’ (Together with all, Development for all, and Trust of all).
Our government’s top priority is to bring the light of development to the person standing at the very last rung of society. When a rural family receives a permanent house, when women and girls gain access to LPG cooking gas and clean water at home, and when the economic empowerment of women is realized through the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, the vision of ‘Ram-Rajya’ (an ideal state) and good governance truly comes to life. The state government is continuously striving, with complete transparency and sensitivity, to ensure that every eligible citizen receives their due rights and dignity.
Local public representatives, senior officials, and villagers were present on this occasion.
