- Launch of a Book Edited by Faculty Members of Rajiv Lochan College
Shri Tank Ram Verma, Minister of Revenue and Higher Education, today released an insightful and research-oriented book titled Environmental Management for Sustainable Development. The book was edited by faculty members of the Government Rajiv Lochan Post-Graduate College, Rajim (Gariaband District), under the Higher Education Department of the Chhattisgarh Government. Shri Verma stated that the harmonious blend of environmental conservation and academic excellence is the greatest need of the hour. This implies an education system that not only strengthens students mentally and intellectually but also molds them into responsible and sensitive citizens committed to nature.
This significant volume was skillfully edited through the joint guidance and tireless efforts of the college Principal, Dr. Samiksha Chandrakar, Assistant Professor of Chemistry Dr. Devendra Kumar, and Assistant Professor of Botany Dr. Sarvesh Kaushik Patel. On this occasion, Higher Education Minister Shri Tank Ram Verma expressed his happiness regarding the successful editing and launch of the book and extended his congratulations and best wishes to the editorial team.
