Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that eras have changed, centuries have passed, but the respect for teachers has never diminished. Teachers are like lamps that burn themselves to illuminate the lives of others. Teachers have always been, are, and will continue to be respected. Congratulating the teachers of Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that due to their efforts, the examination results of the state’s government schools have improved beyond history. There has also been a record increase in the admission and school enrollment rates. The drop-out rate in the state has also reached zero. The teachers’ contribution to this is incomparable and praiseworthy. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing a program organized by the Madhya Pradesh Teachers’ Association on Wednesday in the premises of the Government Subhash Excellence School. At the state-level educational quality teachers’ conference, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that our Sandipani schools and PM Shri schools are setting new standards for the quality of education. He said that we are all overwhelmed by the success of the Sandipani schools. Therefore, 200 new Sandipani schools will be opened in the state from this session. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh is among the first states in the country to implement the New Education Policy-2020. We are also rapidly moving forward towards AI, coding, and skill-based education for our future generation. Teachers have a valuable contribution in this. The Chief Minister said that the government has left no stone unturned in the interest of teachers. Whatever benefits are left in the future will also be provided soon. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurated the conference by lighting a lamp and worshipping Saraswati. The girl students of Government Subhash Excellence School gave a captivating cultural presentation in the program. The association warmly congratulated Chief Minister Dr. Yadav for many teacher-friendly decisions.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav honored retired lecturers Mrs. Kokila Singh, Mr. Badri Prasad Tiwari, Mr. Brijmohan Acharya, Mr. Devkrishna Vyas, and Mr. Kishanlal Nakra. Mrs. Kokila Singh taught physics to Chief Minister Dr. Yadav in Ujjain. The Chief Minister honored his teacher, touching her feet and seeking her blessings. Similarly, Mr. Badri Prasad Tiwari taught School Education Minister Mr. Uday Pratap Singh in Narsinghpur.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurated and inspected an exhibition focused on the Madhya Pradesh Teachers’ Association’s development journey at Subhash School on Wednesday. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also released the Madhya Pradesh Teachers’ Association’s annual calendar, a booklet titled “Our School – Our Pilgrimage,” a table calendar, and a diary.

In every era, gurus and teachers have provided answers to society’s questions and problems through their disciples. He said that the land of Madhya Pradesh has been fortunate in every era. We also have a connection with Lord Shri Ram and Shri Krishna. A boy from Jhabua became Chandrashekhar Azad. Emperor Vikramaditya and King Bhoj ruled the land of Madhya Pradesh. In every era, youth have played important roles under the guidance of their teachers.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that one meaning of government is “cooperation.” This is only possible through mutual harmony. The government’s goals should be the highest. It should have the intention and capability to solve all the issues and problems of society. An elected government takes care of the welfare of every section of society. Madhya Pradesh is playing a leading role in achieving the goal of a developed India. The country’s Prime Minister, the state’s Chief Minister, and the Education Minister have also reached here after studying in government schools. He said that the rationalization of more than 22,000 teachers in the state has been done very easily.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav stated that Madhya Pradesh is one of five states in the country to successfully implement the new education policy. Madhya Pradesh is among the three states with the lowest unemployment rates in India. He added that magnificent Sandipani schools are being built in the state. Our government has also extended dearness allowance benefits to teachers, benefiting nearly 1.5 lakh teachers. We have given the new title of Kulguru to the Vice Chancellors of all the state’s universities. Our government is leaving no stone unturned in honoring teachers.

School Education and Transport Minister Shri Uday Pratap Singh said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, the School Education Department has reached new heights in the state. The state government has given numerous gifts to teachers. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has accelerated the development of the state’s villages as well as cities. He cares for the state’s poor and farmers. With the new construction of school buildings, children are being provided quality education. The drop-out rate in government schools in the state has become zero. The enrollment rate of new students is also increasing. If the government’s work in the state is receiving recognition, teachers have the greatest contribution in that.
School Education Minister Mr. Singh stated that for the first time in the state, a lump sum of ₹322 crore was approved to provide the benefits of the fourth upgraded pay scale to all eligible teachers. This is history. We have set a deadline to remove obstacles that have been plaguing school education for years. We have allocated a lump sum for all necessary facilities in schools. In the last cabinet meeting itself, the state received the gift of 200 new Sandipani schools. A new education policy has been implemented in the country. The state government is leaving no stone unturned in making arrangements to implement this policy. The responsibility for the proper implementation of the education policy lies with the teachers.
Shri Mahendra Kapoor, Organizing Minister of the All India Teachers’ Union, said that teachers shape the future of children in the interest of the nation. Through the “Our School, Our Self-Respect” campaign, more than 1.4 million teachers of the organization are teaching in accordance with the new education policy. For a teacher, there is no rich or poor; they view all students equally. A teacher dedicated to nation-building doesn’t work for salaries and allowances; rather, along with teaching children, he also provides solutions to the problems present in society.
Dr. Kshatraveer Singh Rathore, State President of the Madhya Pradesh Teachers’ Association, read the Chief Minister’s congratulatory letter (praise). He stated that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has done outstanding work in promoting an employment-oriented and innovative education system in the state. He added that the fourth promotion pay scale has enhanced the respect and honor of more than 150,000 teachers in the state. He added that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has received numerous awards for his service.
Mr. Himmat Singh Jain, State Organization Minister of the Madhya Pradesh Teachers’ Union, said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, Sandipani schools are being established in the state, providing modern and quality education to children. The state government has also granted government teachers the gift of time-scale pay. The Teachers’ Union congratulates Chief Minister Dr. Yadav for this. Our organization has launched a state-wide school campaign to promote Indian values.
The program was attended by the Sangh’s state minister, Mr. Rakesh Gupta, Mr. Sanjay Rawal, Mr. Vinod Puneet, along with other officials and a large number of teachers from all districts of the state. At the beginning of the program, Ms. Subhashini Joshi sang Vande Mataram in a melodious voice.
