Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has stated that Madhya Pradesh holds immense potential for tourism development, the expansion of reserve forests, and wildlife conservation. With the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the support of the central government, the state government is taking unprecedented steps toward wildlife conservation. Following the settlement of cheetahs in Kuno National Park in Sheopur, the wild buffalo of Assam will now also be seen roaming freely in the forests of Madhya Pradesh.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav discussed various issues with Union Environment, Forest and Climate Change Minister Mr. Bhupendra Yadav in New Delhi on Wednesday to complete all necessary procedures for bringing wild buffalo from Assam to Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that eight cheetahs will be brought to Madhya Pradesh from Botswana on February 28th. He also discussed in detail with Union Minister Mr. Yadav the necessary support and arrangements for the reintroduction of the cheetahs.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav expressed gratitude to the Central Government for its support in wildlife conservation and biodiversity promotion. Union Minister Shri Yadav appreciated the efforts of the state and assured all possible cooperation.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the Madhya Pradesh government is celebrating the Farmer Welfare Year in the interest of farmers. This year, our government is determined to provide farmers a fair price for their produce. The process of wheat procurement and storage is going to begin in Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav met Union Minister of New and Renewable Energy, Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Shri Prahlad Joshi in New Delhi on Wednesday. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav had a detailed discussion with Union Minister Shri Joshi regarding the Farmer Welfare Year being celebrated in Madhya Pradesh and the wheat procurement and storage system.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that wheat procurement in Madhya Pradesh is easy with adequate storage facilities.
