- Presentation of budget proposals for the year 2026-27 before the Chief Minister
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that the budget proposals for the financial year 2026-27 address the development and welfare of all sectors and classes. Describing the budget proposals as excellent in the current context, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav commended the vision of Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Jagdish Deora and the hard work put in by departmental officers and employees in preparing the proposals. A presentation of the budget proposals for the financial year 2026-27 was made before Chief Minister Dr. Yadav on Tuesday. Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Jagdish Deora, Chief Secretary Mr. Anurag Jain, Additional Chief Secretary (Chief Minister’s Office) Mr. Neeraj Mandloi, Additional Chief Secretary (Finance) Mr. Manish Rastogi, and officials from the Finance Department were present at the meeting held at the Secretariat. A presentation of the budget proposals was also made to the Council of Ministers today. The budget approved by the Council of Ministers will be presented by Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Deora in the Legislative Assembly on February 18th.
