- Health Department receives 2,220 modern medical equipment through Corporate Social Responsibility
Taking an important step towards strengthening health facilities in the state, a program for distribution of medical equipment was organized in the presence of Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal at Government Hospital, Pandri in the capital Raipur.

On this occasion, Health Minister Mr. Jaiswal stated that the state government’s goal is to provide accessible, quality, and modern healthcare services to every citizen of the state. He added that the government is continuously striving to strengthen the health infrastructure and, in this regard, is ensuring the availability of modern medical equipment. He specifically mentioned that these modern equipment will provide patients with better, faster, and effective treatment.
A total of 2,250 medical devices of various types were donated to the Health Department during the program, which will further improve treatment facilities in hospitals. The Health Minister stated that such initiatives not only enhance the quality of health services but also help provide timely, better treatment to patients.
Referring to the continuous efforts being made in the health sector under the leadership of the state Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, he said that the government is committed to expanding and strengthening health services.

The said medical equipment has been provided by State Bank of India under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), which is a commendable example of institutional contribution towards society and healthcare services.
