- Best employees were honored for e-office and biometric attendance in the Ministry.
Chief Secretary Mr. Vikassheel honored the best officials and employees of the Ministry for their excellent work on e-Office and biometric attendance at the Mahanadi Bhawan here today. The Chief Secretary stated that all officials and employees in the Ministry are actively working on e-Office. This reflects a good work culture, and officials are marking their attendance on time. This has improved punctuality in the Ministry.
The Chief Secretary urged all officials and employees to report to the Ministry on time and mark their biometric attendance, ensuring 100% punctuality in the coming days. The Chief Secretary emphasized the need for appropriate training for officials and employees regarding the e-File system in the Ministry. He directed the officials of the General Administration Department to prepare a comprehensive training program and ensure that all employees and officers who require training are trained. in various categories at the Ministry for their outstanding performance in e-Office, biometric attendance, and the e-File system. At the Joint Secretary level, Mr. Bhupendra Kumar Rajput, Joint Secretary of the Tribal Development Department, was awarded first place, followed by Mr. Satyanarayan Srivastava, Additional Secretary of the Public Works Department, and Mr. Anupam Trivedi, Joint Secretary of the Tribal Development Department. Among Deputy Secretary-level officers, Mr. Kishore Kumar Bhuarya of the GAD was awarded first place, followed by Mr. Durdeshi Ram Sontapar of the Forest and Climate Change Department, and Mr. Shrikant Verma of the Home Department.
Among Under Secretary-level officers, Mr. Kailash Kumar Netam of the GAD secured first place, followed by Mr. M.L. Pawar of the Commerce and Industry Department, and Puran Lal Sahu of the Home Department. Among Section-level officers, Mr. Nandkumar Meshram of the GAD secured first place, followed by Mr. Ashish Kumar Sharma of the Finance Department, and Mr. Maniram Ratre of the Urban Administration and Development Department. Among Assistant Section Officer-level officers, Mr. Suraj Kumar Dewangan of the Chief Minister’s Secretariat secured first place. At the Senior Secretariat Assistant level, Shri Shyamlal Sahu of Sports and Youth Welfare Department stood first and Shri Daulat Ram Verma of Women and Child Development Department stood second.
At the Junior Secretariat Assistant level, Shri Ramkumar Singh of GAD stood first, Shri Pramod Kumar of Urban Administration and Development Department stood second and Shri Surendra Kumar of GAD stood third. In the Data Entry Operator category, Maya Devangan of Forest Department (Technical Branch) stood first, Shri Deepesh Kumar Sahu of Secretariat (Technical) stood second and Shri Lalit Sahu of School Education Department stood third.
The Chief Secretary honoured Section Officer Mr. Ashish Kumar Agarwal, Deputy Secretary Mrs. Clementina Lakra, Assistant Section Officer Ms. Kanti Suryavanshi, Junior Secretariat Assistant Mr. Mukesh Ram Pradhan, Assistant Section Officer Mr. Pawan Kumar Sahu, Under Secretary Mr. Rajiv Kumar Jhade, Section Officer Mr. Rajesh Kumar Jain, Senior Secretariat Assistant Mr. Rajesh Kumar Toppo, Assistant Section Officer Mr. Shardul Patel, Senior Secretariat Assistant Mr. Suraj Kumar Sahu, Senior Secretariat Assistant Tara Kujur, Assistant Section Officer Mr. Vinod Kumar Athankar for their excellent performance in punctuality for biometric attendance.
Similarly, among the departments doing excellent work on e-office, Home Department was awarded first place, Religious Trust and Religious Endowment Department second place, Sports and Youth Welfare Department third place.
