Forest and Climate Change Minister Shri Kedar Kashyap today paid his humble tribute to Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, a prominent nationalist thinker, educationist, and founder of the Bharatiya Jana Sangh, on his birth anniversary by offering floral tributes at his statue at Sharda Chowk in the capital.
Recalling Dr. Mukherjee’s contributions to nation-building, national unity, and public service, Shri Kashyap said that his life is an inspiration for patriotism, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to the national interest. His thoughts continue to inspire society and the younger generation to serve the nation.

Raipur North MLA Shri Purandar Mishra, Shri Ramesh Singh Thakur, Chhattisgarh Waqf Board Chairman Dr. Salim Raj, along with other public representatives and dignitaries were present at the event.
