MATS University, Arang, through the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the MATS School of Engineering and Information Technology (MSEIT), organized a One-day workshop on Agentic Artificial Intelligence for academicians, faculty members and students.
Dr. Amar Shukla, Associate Professor at IILM University, Gurugram, served as the resource person. In his lectures and demonstrations, he explained the concept, structure, applications and future of Agentic AI, stressing its role in autonomous decision-making and workflow automation.
The inaugural session was attended by Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) K. P. Yadav, who urged students to develop future-ready AI skills. Director Dr. Brijesh Patel appreciated the department’s effort to introduce learners to emerging technologies.
Led by Head of Department Dr. Abhishek Guru, with support from Dr. Aradhana Kumari Singh and other faculty members of the Department, the workshop covered Agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering and applications in education, healthcare, finance, cybersecurity and software development. It concluded with a vote of thanks by the Director of MSEIT Dr Brijesh Patel.
