Under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, the Sushasan Tihar-2026 campaign, being conducted in the state, has emerged as an effective means of promptly resolving public problems. By timely resolving applications received in the district, eligible beneficiaries are being provided with the benefits of government schemes. In this regard, the Agriculture Department has provided a modern transplanter, a subsidized transplanter, to Shri Vinay Abhishek Singh, a farmer from Ushad village in the Marwahi development block. Farmer Abhishek Singh had submitted an application for a transplanter at the district-level Sushasan Tihar Samadhan Camp to simplify, speed, and reduce the cost of transplanting paddy.
Upon receiving the application, the Agriculture Department took prompt action, completed the necessary procedures, registered the farmer through the CHAMPS system, and approved the subsidy as per eligibility. Subsequently, he was provided with a subsidized transplanter under the government scheme. The farmer explained that the availability of modern agricultural equipment will enable paddy transplanting in a shorter time frame and with better quality. This will reduce labor costs, save time, and make farming more scientific and profitable. He said that due to timely sowing by using the machine, there is a possibility of increase in production, which will positively increase their income.
Deputy Director Agriculture Satyajeet Kanwar said that the government is continuously making efforts to connect the farmers with modern agricultural techniques and mechanization. Through various schemes, agricultural equipment is being made available to eligible farmers on subsidy, so that farming can be made modern, convenient and profitable. The applications received through Good Governance Festival are being resolved on priority basis and the benefits of the schemes are being provided to the beneficiaries.
