Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav engaged in one-on-one discussions with industrialists and investors at the Sagar Regional Industry Conclave regarding investment and the expansion of industrial activities in the state. Shri A.N. Sriram, Managing Director of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, informed Chief Minister Dr. Yadav about the plan to establish a Skill Development Institute for youth alongside the expansion of the Bina Refinery. Shri S.K. Das, Executive Director of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, mentioned during the conversation that natural gas production in Hatta will commence by 2026-2027, which will not only generate revenue for the government but also create employment opportunities at the local level.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also discussed the establishment of food processing units and the resulting employment opportunities with Dr. Anil Tiwari, Director of Swasti Agro Science Private Limited, and ShriPramil Jindal, Managing Director of Baramalt.
Renewable energy sector holds significant expansion potential
Chairman and Managing Director of Sunkind Group, ShriHanish Gupta; Chairman of Insolation Green Energy, ShriManish Gupta; and CEO of Alpex Solar Limited, Shri Aditya Sehgal, expressed interest in investing in the energy and renewable energy sectors in the state.
Considering the vast potential in the IT and semiconductor sectors in the state, Shri Raunak Chaudhary, Managing Director of Aceds Private Limited, and Shri Navjot Singh Sandhu, Managing Director of Data Centrics, also held discussions with Chief Minister Dr. Yadav. Discussions regarding human resources and mining were held with Shri Agyat Gupta, Managing Director of Avani Apparel, and Shri J.P. Agarwal of Pacific Metasteel. In a one-on-one discussion regarding skill development activities for youth, a conversation was also held with Dr. Anil Sirvaiya, President of DICCI Madhya Pradesh.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also held one-on-one discussions with Shri Manoj Soni, CEO of Ease My Trip, and Shri S. Ram, a representative of Fly Ola, regarding promoting the tourism industry and plans for the aviation sector. ShriSunil Bansal, Promoter of Bansal Group, briefed the Chief Minister about the solar power plant in the state and hospital construction plans in Jabalpur, Indore, and Gwalior.
In the series of one-on-one discussions, Chairman of Dara Engineering & Infrastructure, Dr. Papu Ram Vishnoi; Managing Director of Sigma Engineering, Shri Hasan Sardar Khan; and Director of Swarn Bharat Steel Private Limited, ShriAnil Singh Dangi, discussed the infrastructure development sector in the state.
In addition, discussions were held with Shri Pankaj Oswal, Managing Director of Madhya Bharat Agro, and Shri Manoj Jain, Director of Sethia Group, regarding investment and expansion possibilities in the chemicals and fertilizers sector. Chairman and Managing Director of Alinj Group, Shri Inderjeet Purthi, highlighted the bright future of portable petrol pumps and textiles, making Chief Minister Dr. Yadav aware of his plans.
