Lack of resources will no longer be able to stop the dreams of talented and economically weak youth of Dhamtari district. In a highly commendable and visionary step, the district administration has launched the “Pahal” program at Babu Chhotelal Srivastava Government Post Graduate College (BCS College). Under this special scheme, the youth of the district will be provided completely free coaching for competitive examinations. On this occasion, a special book titled “Yuva” was also released for the right guidance of the students.

Inaugurating the program, Dhamtari Collector Mr. Abinash Mishra called it a milestone for building the future of the youth. Motivating the students, he said that the main objective of the district administration is to provide equal opportunities to those promising youth who are unable to afford expensive coaching institutes due to financial constraints. Through this free coaching, the basic foundation of the students will be strengthened, so that they can achieve success in every competitive exam.
The Collector said that in this ever-changing competitive era, regular study, strict discipline and right guidance are the most important keys to success and appealed to the students to work hard with full dedication.

This administration initiative will not be limited to classrooms; instead, a comprehensive plan has been developed to ensure students’ overall preparation is systematic and results-oriented. All students attending the coaching classes will receive free access to quality books and study materials. Periodic tests will be conducted to assess and improve their preparation levels. Students’ performance will be continuously reviewed to identify weaknesses and address them promptly.
Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat, Principal of BCS College, Deputy Director Panchayat, Assistant Commissioner Tribal Development, Assistant Director Skill Development, Youth Guides of the district who train the youth, professors of the college and a large number of students were present during this grand inauguration program.
With this unique ‘initiative’ of the district administration, hundreds of youth of Dhamtari will not only get a better educational environment, but their dreams of serving the country and the state by joining government service will also get a new and strong flight.
