Today, a brief floral tribute ceremony was organized at the statue site of the former Prime Minister of the Republic of India, Bharat Ratna Rajiv Gandhi, at Rajiv Gandhi Chowk in the capital city of Raipur to mark his 82nd birth anniversary. The event was held under the aegis of the Raipur Municipal Corporation’s Culture Department, with the support of Municipal Zone No. 4. Dignitaries, women, social activists, and youths from the capital city—including Smt. Arjuman Dhebar, Councilor of Maulana Abdul Rauf Ward (Ward No. 45) under Municipal Zone No. 4—gathered at the venue to pay their respectful homage to Bharat Ratna Rajiv Gandhi on this occasion.
