India-German relations have got a new dimension: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Chief Minister Dr. German Consul General Shri Christoph Hallier met Mohan Yadav at Samatwa Bhavan (Chief Minister’s Residence) on Tuesday. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav welcomed Mr. Halier with a bouquet of flowers and a framed photograph of the World Heritage Monument. Mr. Halier appreciated the beauty of Bhopal.

Chief Minister Dr. Recalling his trip to Germany, Yadav said that his trip to Germany was pleasant. India and Germany have an ancient relationship which is now getting a new dimension under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Modi. The relationship between the two countries is strong in the world of industry and business. These relations are getting stronger now. Concrete work will be done jointly in the field of punishment with industry and business.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that German scholar Max Muller had translated Indian texts and Vedas into German and other languages. He was also a scholar of Sanskrit and was convinced of Swami Vivekananda’s natural talent. An interactive session was also organized in Munich Germany in November 2024 with this view to combine the technology of Germany with the natural and human resources available in Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh is committed to bilateral cooperation with Germany. With investment by German institutions in the region, support is also being provided for German language training. German language education has been arranged in higher educational institutions of Madhya Pradesh.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that German industrial establishments are welcome in Madhya Pradesh from the point of view of investment. Several investment proposals have been implemented in the last 2 years. Ab fir se wah samy aya hai when the major languages ​​of the world can be studied in any country. In Madhya Pradesh, German education-training arrangements have been made in many higher education institutions. Our youth also want to learn foreign languages ​​along with Indian languages. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, on the invitation of the German Consulate to come to Germany again, said that he would come to Germany not once but more times. It is certain that this bilateral cooperation will continue.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that on the occasion of completion of 75 years of diplomatic relations between India and Germany, new opportunities are being created for cooperation between the two countries. He said that Madhya Pradesh is committed to further expand its partnership with Germany in the areas of industrial investment, skill development, higher education, research and continuous development. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav mentioned the Indo-German Tool Room located in Indore and said that it is an excellent example of successful industrial cooperation between the two countries. In the meeting, a meaningful discussion was also held on the subject of skill upgradation of youth through the German dual education model, promotion of academic and research cooperation between universities of Madhya Pradesh and higher education institutions of Germany and development of new opportunities for students and professionals. Prospects of cooperation in areas such as water conservation, environmental sustainability and Jal Ganga Conservation Mission were also discussed.

Consul General Shri Christophe Hallier said that he likes to come to Madhya Pradesh. They are happy to be here. In Indore and Bhopal, he has met representatives of various fields. Mr. Hallier informed that in the month of January this year, German Federal Chancellor Mr. Friedrich Merz met Prime Minister Mr. Modi in Ahmedabad. The purpose of Shri Marge’s visit to India was to strengthen the India-Germany strategic partnership. The German Chancellor was impressed by the culture of India and also participated in the International Kite Festival. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was also presented with a special memento by Consul General Shri Christoph Hallier from Germany. Mr. Halier Chief Minister Dr. Thanks for the honor and intimacy given to him by Yadav.

On this occasion, Mr. Avinash Kashyap, Officer of German Consulate Center India, informed that the Department of Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion of Madhya Pradesh is ready for full cooperation. Recently, the problem of the institute run by German collaboration in Nagda has been solved immediately. Any difficulty encountered in the operation of the industry is immediately removed by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
