Today, at the ‘Sneh Ki Dor: Vishnu Bhaiya Mor’ event—organized by the Raipur district administration at the Balbir Singh Juneja Indoor Stadium of the Municipal Corporation in the capital city—Raipur Mayor Smt. Meenal Chaubey tied a Rakhi to Raipur Police Commissioner Dr. Sanjeev Shukla in the distinguished presence of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai. During the event, women also tied Rakhis to personnel from paramilitary forces.
