- National Award for Outstanding Performance in Biometric Based Pre-Authorization
Under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, Madhya Pradesh was awarded the National Award in the category of “Best Performing Large State – Highest Pre-authorizations with Biometric Authentication”. This award is provided for effective, transparent and successful implementation of biometric based pre-authorization process under the scheme. Madhya Pradesh has excelled in this field and has taken the leading position among the major states of the country. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav congratulated the team of Ayushman Bharat Niramayam Madhya Pradesh for this achievement.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Rajendra Shukla expressed his happiness over Madhya Pradesh receiving the National Award under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana and said that this achievement is an indication of the government’s commitment towards transparency, technology-based good governance and public welfare work in the health services of the state. He congratulated the team of Ayushman Bharat Niramayam Madhya Pradesh for this achievement and said that Chief Minister Dr. Under the leadership of Yadav, continuous work is being done to make the health services in the region more effective, transparent and people-centric.

Shri Arvind Shah, Chief Executive Officer of Ayushman Bharat Niramayam Madhya Pradesh was presented the award by Ms. Punya Salila Srivastava, Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, at the National Review Meeting (Thintan Shibir) organized by the National Health Authority (NHA) at Madhya Pradesh Bhawan, New Delhi. On this occasion, Chief Executive Officer of National Health Authority Dr. Senior officials of National Health Authority and UIDAI (Aadhaar) along with Sunil Kumar Barnwal, Joint Secretary Shri Kiran Gopal Vaska were present.
