Under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, the state government is continuously taking important steps towards strengthening the road infrastructure in rural and remote areas of Jashpur district. In this sequence, administrative approval of Rs 6 crore 30 lakh 81 thousand has been granted for the construction of the Kharkatta to Kodekala access road included in the budget for the year 2025-26.
Under the approved project, a 6.20-kilometer road, including bridges and culverts, will be constructed. This road will improve rural connectivity to main roads and provide residents with easy and safe travel throughout the year. The construction of this road, including bridges and culverts, will prove crucial in alleviating transportation difficulties, especially during the rainy season.
