Over 1.5 Crore ‘Lamps of Blessing’ Lit Across the State

  • Message of Service, Good Governance, and Resolve Resonates Through Public Participation in the ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’

Expressing gratitude for Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s 25 years of service, the ‘Aashirwad ke Diye’ (Lamps of Blessing) program was organized on a grand scale across Chhattisgarh today as part of the ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ (Service and Resolve Campaign). Citizens across the state participated enthusiastically, lighting more than 1.5 crore lamps. From villages to cities, the lighting of lamps served as a medium for the public to express their sentiments regarding Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s long public life, spirit of service, and commitment to nation-building.

People from diverse sections of society participated enthusiastically in the ‘Aashirwad ke Diye’ program. Women, youth, farmers, laborers, students, public representatives, and ordinary citizens collectively lit lamps to convey their best wishes to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. At many locations, the lamps were arranged to create attractive patterns and messages.

A unique atmosphere of service and public participation was witnessed during the programs held across various districts of the state. Citizens gathered in large numbers at temples, intersections, public spaces, and major grounds to light the lamps. These programs conveyed a message of advancing the resolve for service, cooperation, and positive change within society.

Under the ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan,’ various programs focused on public service and community participation are being organized in Chhattisgarh from September 17 to October 17. The campaign aims to take the spirit of service and good governance to the masses and to engage various sections of society in constructive and public-welfare activities.

The ‘Aashirwad ke Diye’ event across the state became a symbol of public participation and collective enthusiasm. The lamps, lit simultaneously at thousands of locations, amplified the message of service and resolve on a grand scale.
