Motivating students towards education and success
Principal Secretary of Tribal, Scheduled Caste, Backward Class, Minority Development Department, Shri Sonamni Bora reached Government Prayas Residential School Ambikapur. On this occasion, he congratulated and honored the students who performed excellently in the board examination and also planted trees in the school premises while giving the message of environmental protection. Shri Bora specially honored Khushboo Barik and Divya Chauhan, students of class 10th of the school for securing a place in the state level merit list (top 10). He presented a bouquet, a certificate and a memento to the students and wished them a bright future.
The Chief Secretary, while praising the 100% result of the 10th and 12th board exams, congratulated the principals, teachers and students and said that life is very long and its direction is determined by your efforts today. There is no alternative to hard work. If you keep working hard like you have achieved success now, then success is certain in the future too. He interacted with the students and got to know their aspirations. Many students expressed their desire to become IAS, IPS, doctor and engineer. On this, Mr. Bora encouraged the students and said that with self-confidence and continuous efforts, the dream of every goal can be realized. He said that the blessings of parents and the contribution of teachers are important in the success of the students. During this, Deputy Secretary of the Department Mr. U.K. Rajput, Assistant Commissioner Mr. Lalit Shukla, officers of the department, school principals, teachers, parents of the students who got merit list were also present.
