Chhattisgarh Government’s Minister for Tourism, Culture, Religious Trusts and Endowments, Mr. Rajesh Agrawal, today held a cordial meeting with the residents of the area at his residence in Lakhanpur. During the public hearing, a large number of villagers and citizens apprised the Minister of their problems, to which he displayed sensitivity and directed officials to resolve them on the spot.

  • Listened to public problems with sensitivity

       During the meeting, villagers primarily shared their problems related to road construction, uninterrupted power supply, drinking water shortages, revenue matters, and access to social security schemes. Minister Mr. Agarwal listened carefully to each citizen’s concerns and directed the relevant departmental officials over the phone, stressing that public problems should be resolved in a timely and quality manner.

        During the conversation, Minister Mr. Agarwal said, “Under the leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Vishnudev Sai, the state government is working with good governance and development at its core. Building better infrastructure in every village and town of the Ambikapur Assembly constituency and ensuring that the benefits of government schemes reach the last person is our top priority.”

         The minister sternly instructed officials that sensitivity and accountability are essential in matters related to the public. He called for no delay in eligible beneficiaries receiving benefits under the schemes. Files should not be held back at the administrative level. Public trust is the government’s true strength, and any negligence in this regard is unforgivable.
