Quick resolution of farmer’s fertilizer related complaint through Chief Minister Helpline

  • Fertilizer was made available immediately by issuing permits according to the land.

As per the wishes of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, the Chief Minister’s Helpline, operated with the aim of quick, transparent and effective resolution of the problems of the common people, is providing timely relief to the people by becoming an effective medium of the government’s firm commitment towards public service, good governance and accountability. Under the direction of Sakti District Collector Shri Amrit Vikas Topno, the complaints received through the Chief Minister’s Helpline in the district are being resolved with seriousness, sensitivity and promptness, due to which the citizens are getting the benefit of government services and facilities in a timely manner. In the same sequence, Shri Raghunandan Sidar, a farmer resident of village Churteli of development block Dabhra of Sakti district, had lodged a complaint in the Chief Minister’s Helpline regarding non-availability of agricultural inputs (fertilizers).

           After receiving the complaint, the concerned officials investigated the matter, contacted the complainant, and obtained the necessary information. Following the investigation, a permit was issued through the Primary Service Cooperative Society, Kusmul, under the Dabhra development block, corresponding to the farmer’s landholding, and the necessary fertilizer was immediately made available. The complaint was also successfully resolved and the complainant was provided with the necessary information. Satisfied with the prompt resolution of the complaint, Mr. Raghunandan Sidar praised the Chief Minister’s Helpline’s work, stating that his problem was resolved promptly after the complaint was filed, and the timely availability of fertilizer did not affect his farming activities. Expressing gratitude to Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Dev Sai and the district administration, he said that the government’s sensitive, accountable, and public-friendly approach is bringing positive changes to the lives of ordinary citizens. The timely resolution of problems and relief for those in need is an effective and commendable initiative towards good governance.
