Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the words of saints are still working to give a positive direction to the society. During his visit to Indore on Sunday, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing a program organized at Zone Office No. 1 of the Municipal Corporation on the occasion of Sant Ravidas Jayanti. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav garlanded the picture of Sant Ravidas Maharaj and performed the rituals of worship and aarti. On this occasion, he remembered Sant Ravidas ji’s message of social harmony, equality and humanity.

During the program, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav welcomed the “Swachhata Didi” (cleanliness sisters) associated with the cleanliness campaign with garlands and accepted their greetings, praising their contributions. He said that Indore’s cleanliness credentials are an inspiration for the entire country, and the role of sanitation workers is crucial in this.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav called upon all citizens to imbibe the thoughts of Saint Ravidas and participate in building a clean, harmonious and aware society. Water Resources Minister Shri Tulsiram Silawat, Mayor Shri Pushyamitra Bhargava, MLA Shri Golu Shukla, Divisional Commissioner Dr. Sudam Khade, Police Commissioner Shri Santosh Kumar Singh, Collector Shri Shivam Verma, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Shri Kshitij Singhal, Shri Sumit Mishra, etc. were also specially present at the program.
