Chief Minister Dr. Yadav interacted with the large number of youths present in the program and answered questions focused on their punishment, employment, livelihood, health and government’s efforts for youth development. During the program, Reverend Saint Shri Dadaguru Bhagwan and Mansarovar Global University declared the year 2027 as Youth Year, on behalf of all the youth of the region, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was thanked and felicitated by presenting Tulsi plant and shawl and insignia.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav while addressing the youth dialogue said that the state government is ensuring their participation in the development of the state by giving a new direction to the infinite energy inherent in the youth. Youth will realize the dream of developed India and developed Madhya Pradesh. He said that the government is advancing in the direction of the welfare of the youth in every possible way. We have declared the coming year 2027 as ‘Youth Year’ for concrete efforts in the interest of youth. By promoting industrial development in the region, new means of employment, new recruitment in government services and encouraging sportsmen, we have provided all kinds of resources for the youth in the region. Our preparations for the youth year 2027 are also on. We will organize activities related to youth welfare and skill development throughout the year in a planned manner. The Chief Minister said that we want to give the benefits of industrial development in the state to the youth. Our government is developing the skills of the youth by connecting them with self-employment including heavy industries, micro, small and medium enterprises and cottage and village industries. It is our government’s intention that our youth become entrepreneurs, so that they are not job-seekers, but are able to provide employment.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that he always gets energy by interacting with the youth. New ideas are found for the welfare of the youth. Our government will try to implement positive and innovative ideas from this kind of youth dialogue.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav’s intimate interaction with youth
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav easily answered the questions asked by the youth in the Yuva Samvad program.
Question – 1 Student Sujal Shukla : Chief Minister, you were selected in the field of medicine. Why did you choose politics and public life instead of making a career in this field?
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav: It is the dream of all of us to make a career as a reader-writer, but in our country there has been a glorious tradition of devoting one’s life to the service of the nation. Many pracharaks of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, despite being highly educated, dedicate their entire lives to national work. Sangh founder Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar also studied medicine, but instead of making medicine a profession, he chose the path of national service. This motivational tradition also influenced my life. There was also an option for me to go into the field of medicine, but after getting guidance, I decided to do B.Sc in Science so that I can do social and organizational work along with my studies. Today, I am completely satisfied with my decision.
Question – 2 Student Aman Rai : Chief Minister, on the occasion of Independence Day on 15th August 2026, you have declared the year 2027 as ‘Yuva Varsh’. What are your expectations from the youth of the region and what is the government’s plan for the youth year?
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav: The role of youth in our history has always been important. Lord Shri Ram accompanied Maharishi Vishwamitra in his youth and introduced his power to protect sages and sages and society. Lord Krishna also put an end to Kansa’s atrocities in his youth. Similarly, many youths like Chandrashekhar Azad, Bhagat Singh and Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose sacrificed their all for the freedom of the country. India is the youngest country in the world today. Our youth has the potential to make India the leading nation of the world on the strength of their talent and hard work. The government hopes that the youth of the region will become job givers and not just job seekers. They dream big, set their goals and go full force to achieve them. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, many schemes are being implemented for the youth. In the year 2027, all the departments of the state government will jointly conduct activities related to education, skill development, employment, self-employment, entrepreneurship and innovation. I am confident that our youth will fulfill the dreams of their parents and take Madhya Pradesh and the country to new heights of development. With this resolution, the year 2027 has been dedicated to the youth.
Question – 3 Student Aditya Prabhakar : Chief Minister, we have seen that despite very busy routines and schedules, you take full care of your health. Please guide us too that how can we make our lifestyle healthy and regular?
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav: If we set our routine while maintaining time discipline, we can complete all the tasks easily. Just as students study the syllabus regularly every day throughout the year so that they do not get stressed during exams, in the same way regularity is necessary in life. As much as sleeping, eating, drinking and reading are necessary in our daily life, yoga and exercise are also necessary. I am glad that despite my other busy schedule, I make sure to make time for yoga and exercise regularly. Paramatma ki kripa se mujhe ahbit tak diabetes, heart disease or any other serious illness nahi hai aur आयून्य पर चाश्मा भी नही हिन्दी hai. Every person must make time for yoga and exercise regularly to keep his body healthy.
Question – 4 Student Kumari Tanvi Yogi : I am second professional ki student. My question is that you are among the most educated Chief Ministers of the country. How did you balance your studies and other responsibilities with such a busy lifestyle?
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav: It is definitely difficult, but not impossible. Just getting a degree is not enough, we should also connect our knowledge with work and practical life. When I first became joint secretary of student union, I was a B.Sc first year student at that time. Fight elections along with studies and manage your business too. Studying can be continued even while working. I completed my B.Sc and LLB in the same way. Studied MA in Political Science while serving as Chairman of Ujjain Development Authority. Later he did his MBA and then completed his PhD while discharging other public responsibilities. I believe that education should not be limited to just getting a job. A person should study and study throughout his life. I still study regularly. We urge you all to make books your companion and keep moving forward. Knowledge is divine wealth, which is never lost in life and always inspires you to move forward.
Question – 5 Staffer of Mansarovar Dental College Dr. Jayesh: Chief Minister, continuous efforts are being made to promote industrial activities in the state. I want to know how much benefit and employment will the youth of Madhya Pradesh get from the establishment of these big industries?
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav: Work is being done in all sectors including heavy industries, MSMEs and small and cottage industries to create employment in the state. Madhya Pradesh has immense potential for mining, processing and technology based industries. It is the government’s effort that the youth of the region benefit from these opportunities. Government is providing various facilities including electricity, water, land, registration fee and interest subsidy on investment for establishment of industries. Special encouragement is being given to employment based industries.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav replied that for setting up labour-based industries like ready-made garments, as per the policy, incentive assistance of up to Rs 5 thousand per worker can be given. Its objective is to create more and more employment with the development of industries. Our special priority is that sisters also get employment in industries. The state government is giving assistance of Rs.1500 per month to the beloved sisters. If they work in ready-made garment or any other industry, they can earn up to 10 to 15 thousand rupees per month due to the labor incentive assistance given by the government and wages paid by the industrialists. This will make women financially independent. Government of Madhya Pradesh has also adopted the reforms in labor laws under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Flexibility in working hours is given under the consent of the workers and the prescribed rules. If a laborer completes the prescribed 48 hours of work in four days, he can get the remaining three days for his family or village. Laws should be for the convenience, assistance and utilization of the people’s potential. I am happy that Madhya Pradesh is rapidly moving towards investment and industrial development. Bhopal is also becoming an attractive industrial destination from the point of view of investment. The youth of the entire region including Bhopal will get the benefit of the industrial areas being developed in and around the Global Investors Summit. The ultimate goal of the state government is not only to provide employment to the youth, but to make them employable. We have resolved to make the youth of the region entrepreneurs and industrialists, so that they can develop themselves and provide employment to many people.
Reverend Saint Avadhoot Shri Dadaguru Bhagwan while addressing the youth said that Guru always gives thought and vision. One of his thoughts becomes the basis of this life and life. He said that today all eyes of the world are on India. Because India has given this world the vision of Vasudhaiva Kutumb and Live and Live. Our Indian culture is not just a culture, it is a way of life and that is why we are developing even in heterogeneous conditions. He said that Madhya Pradesh is the only state in the country, which has declared the coming year as the year of youth. This single decision is a symbol of the government’s commitment towards the welfare of the youth. He said that today is the era of AI (Artificial Intelligence) but we have to take our youth beyond AI and connect them with Nature Intelligence or say NI (Natural Intelligence). It is time to give examples, why to become examples. Along with development, we have to pay attention to nature. Mitti mein bhi prana hai. The tree is real and that is the reason why in the corona period the hoarder of ‘wealth’ has attained death and the unhoarder living in the ‘forest’ has survived.
