In this regard, the 31st installment of the Mahatari Vandan Yojana has been released, giving the women of the state a special Rakhi gift before Rakshabandhan. Here, women can better manage self-help group activities, training, livelihoods, and various other programs. The Mahtari Sadan is being provided with essential facilities, including a hall, kitchen, store, office room, and separate space for shop operations. This Sadan will serve as a permanent and well-equipped venue for women’s training, meetings, production, marketing, and various economic activities. The Mahtari Sadan will not only be a building for village women, but will also serve as an important center for their empowerment, self-reliance, and economic activities. Through this, women will have access to a permanent, convenient, and better space for their meetings, training, self-help group activities, and various economic activities. The state government is continuously working to empower women and make them self-reliant. In the last two and a half years, 481 Mahtari Sadans have been approved in the state.
