Most Reverend Saint Sri Pt. Mr. Vishwas Kailash Sarang, Minister for Cooperation, Sports and Youth Welfare and MLA of Narela Assembly Constituency inspected the venue for Kalash Yatra, Parthiv Shivlinga Nirman Mahotsav, Maharudrabhishek and Vashal Bhandare organized in the presence of Tarun Choubey Ji Maharaj. During this time, he reviewed the arrangements with the officials of District Administration, Municipal Corporation, Police Administration and other concerned departments and gave necessary directions.
Minister Shri Sarang said that this religious event is a great festival of faith, which is expected to be attended by a large number of devotees every day. In this way, all the departments work with mutual coordination and complete every arrangement on time, so that no devotee has to face any kind of inconvenience. He directed the police administration to ensure adequate security arrangements, deployment of women police force, traffic management and parking arrangements. Also, special attention should be paid to the safety and convenience of women, senior citizens and children. Municipal Corporation has been directed to maintain intensive cleaning, regular waste disposal, mobile toilet, adequate drinking water, lighting system and clean environment in the venue and surrounding areas.

Minister Shri Sarang directed the Health Department to ensure availability of medical team, ambulance, first aid center and essential medicines at the venue. At the same time, the fire brigade was asked to be deployed on the spot with necessary resources to deal with any emergency situation. He told the officials that the convenience of the devotees should be the highest priority during the event and every department should discharge its responsibilities seriously so that the event is completed in a dignified, safe and orderly manner.
- A six-day religious event will begin on August 6
The religious event will begin on 6th August 2026 (Thursday) at 9 am with grand Kalash Yatra from Subhash Colony Shiva Mandir. After this, from August 6 to August 11 daily from 8 am to 2 pm Parthiv Shivlinga, Maharudrabhishek and Mahaarti will be organized, in which a large number of devotees will participate in the worship and worship of Lord Shiva.
The event will conclude on August 11 (Tuesday) from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM with Kanya Bhoj and Vishal Bhandare. The event will be held at the Ashoka Garden Dussehra Grounds, where thousands of devotees are expected to partake of the prasadam.
During the inspection, Minister Shri Vishwas Sarang made it clear that “It is the primary responsibility of the administration to ensure the safety, convenience and easy darshan arrangement of the devotees while respecting their faith. All departments should work with coordination and leave no stone unturned to make the organization successful and orderly.”
