The second day of the three-day cultural event ‘Rang-Tarang’ came alive with captivating presentations showcasing Chhattisgarh’s rich folk culture, traditional folk instruments, and folk arts. The traditional melodies of folk instruments like Gudum Baja and Mohri infused the venue with the distinctive spirit of Chhattisgarhi culture, leaving the audience spellbound.
Former Culture Commissioner Shri Anil Kumar Sahu attended the event as a special guest. He interacted warmly with the folk artists and children of Chhattisgarh, encouraging them in their endeavors. He praised the efforts of the artists and organizers in preserving folk art and culture and passing it on to the next generation.
Distinguished guests present on the occasion included Shri Vijay Mishra (associated with Chhattisgarhi literature), social worker Shri Udaybhan, and senior journalist and photographer Shri Deependra Diwan, among others.
