- Free health check-up facilities were also provided alongside the ‘Digital Jeevan Pramaan Patra’ service at Anuppur and Pendra Road stations.
In accordance with the guidelines issued by the Railway Board, a nationwide ‘Digital Jeevan Pramaan Patra’ (Digital Life Certificate) Campaign 5.0 is being conducted from 01 November to 30 November 2026 for the convenience of railway pensioners and family pensioners. The objective of this campaign is to enable pensioners to submit their life certificates digitally—either from the comfort of their homes or from a convenient location—while also raising awareness about digital processes.

In this context, under the guidance of Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Shri Rakesh Ranjan, the Bilaspur Division of South East Central Railway is organizing special camps from 03 November to 25 November 2026. These camps are being held on all working days at the Pension Section of the Divisional Railway Manager’s office, at the Central Hospital in Bilaspur, and on scheduled dates at 10 major railway stations within the division.
- Camps Organized at Anuppur and Pendra Road Stations

As part of this campaign, camps for the submission of ‘Digital Jeevan Pramaan Patra’ and free health check-ups were organized at Anuppur railway station on 03 November and at Pendra Road railway station on 04 November. During these camps, digital life certificates were issued to pensioners and family pensioners through an online process utilizing Aadhaar-based face authentication.

Additionally, a specialized medical team from the Sub-Divisional Railway Hospital, Shahdol, and the Road Mobile Medical Van (RMMV) provided healthcare services to the pensioners. The camps offered free medical consultations, as well as various health screenings, including blood pressure and blood sugar testing. Access to Healthcare Services Alongside Digital Awareness

At these camps, railway pensioners can obtain their digital life certificates, receive necessary technical guidance, and avail themselves of free health check-ups and medical consultations—all in one place. This initiative represents a significant step toward providing better facilities for retired railway employees and their families, while strengthening a spirit of sensitivity and service toward them.
